CaliClub Class Cancellation & Make-Up Policy

If a student needs to miss a regular class, they may request one make-up class, based on availability.

To receive a make-up credit, the student must cancel their original class at least 24 hours before the class time.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not guaranteed a make-up, except in special situations approved by CaliClub.

Once the make-up class is booked, it becomes final.

If the student cancels or misses the make-up class, the class credit is lost and cannot be rescheduled again.

If CaliClub cancels a class due to weather, coach availability, court issues, or any school-related reason, the student may reschedule that class.

All make-up classes must be requested and booked at least 24 hours before the class time.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the class may not be accepted, because we need time to manage class capacity, coaches, and new student bookings.

Make-up classes are based on space availability and must match the student’s level.

Students may only join a make-up class that fits their current level, unless approved by a CaliClub coach.

We cannot guarantee a specific day, time, coach, or location for make-up classes.

If a class is already full, we won’t be able to add extra players for make-ups.

The student will need to choose another available class option.

Make-up classes must be used within 30 days from the missed or canceled class.

Unused make-ups do not roll over indefinitely.

Make-up classes are available only while the student has an active membership or active package.

Unused make-ups do not convert into refunds, cash credit, or future discounts.
