Before You Request

Class placement
Requests depend on level, coach, location, and available space. Staff confirmation is required before the class is reserved.
Cancellations and makeups
Contact us at least 24 hours before class to request an eligible makeup. Makeups depend on availability and expire after 30 days.
Recurring plans
Fixed Membership and Flex Packages renew monthly until canceled. Request cancellation before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
