How BT Cali Club handles player information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who helps us operate the school, and how players can contact us about privacy questions.

Information we collect

Contact details such as name, email, phone number, and communication preferences.
Class, membership, package, assessment, league, drop-in, make-up, and booking information.
Player information you choose to share, such as level, goals, notes, attendance needs, or rescheduling requests.
Payment and subscription status from Stripe. BT Cali Club does not store full card numbers.
Account information for the Member Area, including your signed-in email and basic profile details.
Technical information such as device, browser, site activity, and basic analytics that help us keep the website reliable.

How we use information

To schedule classes, trials, assessments, league registrations, memberships, Flex packages, drop-ins, make-ups, and cancellations.
To process checkout, subscription, refund, and payment-related support through Stripe.
To match players with the right level, coach, class, location, and available spots.
To send booking confirmations, reminders, account messages, customer support replies, and important class updates.
To keep class operations accurate across BT Cali Club, VencePlay, coaches, and staff.
To protect the safety, security, and quality of the school, website, classes, and member experience.

Service providers and integrations

VencePlay is used for class operations, contact matching, token balance, class enrollment, and staff workflow.
Stripe is used for secure payment processing, checkout, subscriptions, refunds, and payment records.
Supabase is used for BT Cali Club member authentication and limited member profile data.
Vercel hosts the website and related server-side functions.
Email, SMS, and communication providers may be used to send operational messages and support replies.

Sharing and selling personal information

We share information only when needed to run the school, process payments, provide services, support customers, comply with law, or protect safety.
We do not sell personal information for money.
We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Coaches and staff may receive the information needed to run classes, manage attendance, and support players.

Cookies, analytics, and do-not-track

The website may use cookies or similar tools for login, checkout, site performance, analytics, and security.
Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard, our website may not respond differently to those signals.
You can adjust cookie settings in your browser, but some features may not work correctly without essential cookies.

Children and minors

Our website is not directed to children under 13.
If a player is under 18, a parent or guardian should complete registration, payment, and communication with BT Cali Club.
If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us and we will review the request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect personal information.
No online system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your class or account.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Photos, videos, and social media

BT Cali Club may capture general class, league, or community photos and videos for school updates, social media, and marketing.
If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please tell us before class so staff can do their best to accommodate the request.
Do not post photos or videos of other players in a way that is unsafe, disrespectful, or misleading.
